As soon as you start sniffling that you feel bad on all sides you can hear: “Strengthen your immunity”, “You have to strengthen”, “Your immunity has dropped”, but you can’t hear from anyone how. Well, food is very important and much can be achieved through proper and healthy eating, but it is not enough. Immunity – The Key To Our Health
What else? If immunity is the key to our health, and it is, how to find the right one. For the sake of the children, I embarked on another adventure to find out what, besides the food, is essential withstand the test called the school, extended stay and therefore exposure to many viruses, actors, fungi, parasites…
I have found that there are many more important things besides healthy eating that we have dedicated ourselves to. (Read my text “Healthy Kids Food Does Exist”)
Immunity And Sleep
Making sure the baby had enough sleep was very important, though not always easy. But the moment I found out about all the benefits of sleeping on the body, of course, not just the baby, it was clear that we should give our best. The dream is one of our most important needs. It is enough that we spend almost a third of our lives sleeping. Scientists have discovered a direct link between sleep and immunity. Lack of sleep is directly related to reducing the body’s resistance, even to the most common cold. One scientist says sleep is the backbone of our health. The dream allows us to cleanse ourselves of fatigue, stress, and process all the information from the previous day.
The Benefits Of Sleep
– enhances memory, creativity, and coordination
– affects heart health
– is important for weight loss
– strengthens intellectual and physical abilities
– promotes beauty and longevity
– protects against depression
– strengthens immunity
One would say more about the dream, but this is also enough to make you want to sneak in and into the realm of dreams.
Water And Immunity
In addition to sleep, fluid is a factor that is so important that I feel we will never become aware of it. I recently read the book “Your Body’s Many Cries For Water” – Dr. Freudun of Batmanghelidj. A few sentences are constantly on my mind – “You are not sick, you are thirsty!”, “Do not cure thirst for medicine!” … and the book is so meaningful, logical and simple. It reminds us of how much we have forgotten to keep to the natural and how much we have gotten into the use of medicines, which we very often do not need. If you have the chance, read this book.
Royal Jelly
The benefit of using royal jelly for immunity has been much emphasized over the last few years. I have been cautioned to be careful about my son’s allergies so I can’t speak from a personal example, but as a natural bee product, they say it’s ideal for raising immunity in children. It contains protein, sugars, vitamins…
It’s Important To Get Started
It is very important to be on the move, to get tired physically. Every parent should know how important it is to the child. It only takes 20 minutes to half an hour to boost immunity, but there are many more psychological and physical benefits to the body. Departures to nature are fantastic, fresh air, movement, breathing, relaxation… they say that nature is something like a tool for boosting immunity because it also helps produce white blood cells.
Hand Washing
“Before eating, you should wash your hands so that the meal does not get dirty,” “After washing your hands, there is no trouble here …” if it were difficult to separate those two minutes, we would certainly think differently. So whenever you feel comfortable washing your hands. And when it comes to water and washing, it should not be forgotten how important the shower is to alternate hot and almost cold water. You don’t have to, if you can’t stand it, take a shower in the cold, but as much colder water as possible. We should do this every year, throughout the year. So, warm-cold and so every day.
The Benefits Of Showering Hot And Cold Water
– Strengthens immunity
– promotes blood flow
– regulates body temperature
– deepens breathing
– Beautifies skin and hair
– enhances spiritual well-being
Love
Last but not least, it is – Love! Give your child lots of love. There is better love at any moment than anything else. Sometimes, every parent knows, and especially a single parent, it’s like an impossible mission, but give it a try. Whatever comes out of you comes back to – LOVE. Love and attachment are important for the development of a child in every possible way: emotional, psychological and physical. A child needs love and a sense of having a happy and safe life. Positive feelings, love, and happiness have been proven to stimulate the cells of the immune system.
I’m also bringing you a recipe for a real vitamin bomb. Try not only to give it to your child but to take it too. Why? Because multitasking a single parent is not at all harmless. Because it’s not easy to be an “octopus” every day. And you should stay on your feet.
Vitamin Bomb – A Recipe For Boosting Immunity
- 100gr. raisin
- 150gr. nuts
- 100gr. almonds
- bark of 2 lemons
- 100gr. dried apricots
- 100gr. dried plums
- 250-300ml. honey
First, everything you can grind – grind. Add the juice of 2 lemons to the mixture of ground ingredients and mix. Finally, add honey and mix again. Pour the finished mixture into a jar and allow it to stand in a dry and dark place for about two days. Then transfer the jar to the refrigerator. It is enough to give one teaspoon of this homemade syrup to children up to 5 years old, and over 5 years old, two teaspoons a day can be given.
